This contract is made by and between the buyer and the seller, whereby the buyer agrees to buy and the seller agrees to sell the under mentioned commodity according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:

1. The seller agree to make shipment to the order of the buyer (consignee) in accordance with this contract, the items are laptop and personal computer.

2. Quality Requirements

The seller shall be liable for the quality problem of goods. If the buyer suffers economic loss caused of the quality problems under this contract, the seller shall compensate equally for the losses of the buyer.

3. Documents Required:

1) The seller shall present the Proforma Invoice in 2 sets to the buyer.

2) The buyer shall present the Purchase Order in 2 sets to the seller.
