Doing sports every day helps us keep healthy and energetic. If we don't take any exercise, we may feel tired and get sick easily. So you should go out instead of staying at home. There are many kinds of sports you can do, such as running, swimming and ball games. Just remember "Exercise one hour a day, keep illness away."
