6. You will be provided with basic social insurance and accident insurance. You will be provided

with telephone communication allowance equal to CNY100 monthly.

7. Before commencement of your service, the Company will provide you with a one-way airplane

ticket from Moscow to Hong Kong.

9. The Company will arrange your employment permit in PRC. You will devote your whole working time to the service of the Company and will not engage in

other employment during the term of your employment with the Company. You should not, during the continuance of your employment of thereafter except under legal process and/or with the consent from the Company, divulge to any person whosoever any information concerning the business of the company or its associates of subsidiaries.

10. You should not undertake outside employment with or without remuneration or be concerned or

interested directly or indirectly in other business activities without prior permission of the Company.

11. Other employment terms not mentioned in this letter shall be governed by and construed in

accordance with the PRC Labour Law. The Company reserves the right to change your employment terms if so is required by the Company situation or the PRC Labor Law.
