Dear Alexey,

As the follow up of your successful interview at our company, we have the pleasure to offer you the position of Application Software Engineer in our company, Eagle Kingdom Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd hereinafter after called “the Company”. In this position you will report to [manager], under the following terms and conditions:

1. parties. The Labour Contract may be terminated by giving to the other party one-month notice in writing or payment in lieu (excluding probationary period).

2. There will be a probationary period of 2 months during which either party may terminate this

contract within 3 day notice.

3. Your salary will be at the rate of CNYxxx per month, which will be payable monthly in arrears

towards the 7th day of the following calendar month.

4. You will be entitled to a year-end Double Pay that will be equivalent to one (1) month of your

basic monthly salary per twelve (12) calendar months. This will be paid before Chinese Spring Festival of each year. A pro-rata payment will be made for terms less than 12 months.

5. You will be entitled to all public and statutory holidays observed by the Company’s Shenzhen

office and in addition, 12 working days annual leave per completed first calendar year of service. You will be entitled to one (1) extra working day annual leave per completed calendar year of service to follow. Total number of working day annual leave shall not exceed 18 working days.
