大厅Lobby

在停车库,设置扶梯和坡梯,大厅和汽车停靠位,设玻璃自动平移门及玻璃隔断墙、厅内吊顶、灯光及墙面、地面设计均需由凯德认可。

At carpark, provide escalators and

travellators, lobbies and car drop-off points in tempered the carpark. Entrance to lobbies shall have glass partitions and automatic sliding doors. Lobbies shall have proper ceiling, wall and floor finishes to be selected by Capitaland repreatatives.

所有扶梯/坡梯大厅玻璃位置下端内、外侧必须安装150mm高不锈钢防撞栏杆，靠近扶梯推车玻璃位置下端外侧必须设置150mm高不锈

The carpark cashier counter shall be provided within the escalator/travellator lobby.

机动车位Motorcycle Lots

必须提供合理的停车位和自行车位,其中汽车停车位数量与当地商业规划要求及商厦营运面积相匹配，如当地无要求，每150m²商业面积（Retail GFA）设一个车位，三，四线城市每200m²商业面积（Retail GFA）设一个车位。

Provide adequate parkings lots for car and bicycle according to bldgcode requirements. Should there be no official requirement, provide one carpark lot for every 150m2 of retail area. For 2 or 3 tier cities, provide one carpark lot for every 200m2 of retail area.
