Designation Every PMB gearbox is supplied with a metallic label which should be read easily in order to identify the product. The following picture shows the metallic label, with the following fields: Serial number: it’s the production serial number of the gearbox (eg. 07-01232) Part Number: is the code identification of the product (eg. B60.1201.0) Customer Code/Model: it normally contains the model of the gearbox (ex: PMB6.5 R120). Based on customer’s request this field can be used to indicate the customer’s code for the gearbox. The data indicated in the label must be sent to PMP in order to identify the gearbox without doubts. PMB6.5
