模糊综合评价法在选择公共交通出行意愿程度中的应用

[摘要]本文从引言、模糊综合评价法原理、实例研究以及结束语这四个方面入手，阐述了模糊综合评价法的一般原理，分别对因素集和评定集的确定、隶属度向量和隶属度矩阵的形成、权重的计算方法以及综合评定向量和综合评定值的确定等问题进行了讨论。并以研究呼和浩特市大学路上人们出行选择公共交通法的意愿程度为例，研究了模糊综合评价法在交通方面的应用。

[Abstract]This article has four aspects； they are the introduction， the comprehensive fuzzy appraisal method， case study， and the conclusion. It elaborated the general principle of comprehensive fuzzy appraisal method and probes into the confirmation of factor set and evaluation set， the formation of membership vectors and membership matrix and the weight calculating method as well as the confirmation of comprehensive assessment of vectors and comprehensive evaluation value. Taking the willingness of choosing the public transport on Hohhot University Road where people travel as an example， it studies the application of comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method in terms of traffic.

一、引言

近年来，随着城市的快速发展，尤其是在交通方面迅速蓬勃，机动车保有量逐年攀升，交通拥堵情况也越来越严重。为了缓解严重的交通拥堵现象以及创造一个健康、积极和有序的城市交通发展环境，那就需要鼓励发展公共交通，实现公共交通优先的策略。在呼和浩特市，交通的发展不够完善，交通拥堵现象也十分严重，这制约着城市的进一步发展扩张。因此，需要大力发展公共交通，并且要有政策鼓励它们优先发展。但是，是否可以持续下去，还需要考虑人们在出行时是否会选择公共交通。这也就有必要探讨一下人们出行选择公共交通方式的意愿程度。目前，呼和浩特市正在修建地铁，所以本文所讨论的公共交通仅仅指的是公交车和出租车这两种交通方式。本文利用模糊综合评价法，探讨和分析了在呼和浩特市大学路上人们出行选择公共交通方式的意愿程度。
