关于公路桥梁养护管理问题的探讨

摘要：随着近阶段我国对基础建设投入的加大，越来越多的公路桥梁出现在人们的视野。但长期以来，我国公路桥梁管理中一直存在着“重建设、轻养护”这个问题。另外一方面我国大部分桥梁建成于20世纪70～90年代，己经运营数十年，再加上超载、超限车辆的日益增多，大批桥梁的技术状况已不能满足行车安全的需要，因此公路桥梁养护越来越有必要并且其工作任务越来越艰巨。

Abstract: with the nearly stage to infrastructure investment in our country the increase, more and more of the highway bridge appeared in the people’s field of vision. But for a long time, our country in the management of highway Bridges, there has been a “heavy construction, light maintenance” the problem. On the other hand, completed in most of our Bridges in the 70 s to 90 s, has been operating for decades, plus overload, overrun vehicles of growing, a large number of Bridges situation already cannot satisfy the needs of the safety, so the highway bridge maintenance more and more necessary and its work more and more arduous task.

公路桥梁是国家的重要基础设施,也是保证各种物资顺利流通的关键设施。它的完好与否不仅关系着交通运输的畅通,更直接关系着人民群众的生命财产安全。自从2008年经济危机，我国宣布投资四万亿人民币加大基础建设之后，公路桥梁工程作为基础中的基础，得到了很大的发展。建设需要加大，但养护管理也不容忽视。

一 公路桥梁养护的必要性

1 繁重的交通量及大量超载车量的运行，不仅加快了道路的病害产生，也加快了桥梁病害的发展，使桥梁的寿命大大将低。

2由于历史的原因，在建桥时受资金紧缺，技术力量的不均衡，设计、施工管理粗放，设计、施工技术水平和施工手段、材料的落后，以致在设计上或多或少存在考虑不周的缺点，施工时也留下大小不同的缺陷。加上技术管理薄弱，施工质量不能保证这些桥梁使用寿命，造成“先天不足”。

3自然及环境因素对桥梁的危害。在雨雪风霜及恶劣气候的侵蚀下以及环境污染的日益加重，使得桥梁衰老加快，使用寿命缩短。
